Law professor, Yadudu, says discrepancies in gazetted tax laws undermine its credibility
By Mandy Park Professor of Law, Auwalu Yadudu, has called for the suspension of January 1, 2026 implementation date for the commencement of a new tax laws in Nigeria. He said the suspension was urgent due to the alleged discrepancies between what the National Assembly passed and the version later gazetted by the Federal Government.
