Ondo State Governor Rotimi Akeredolu has arrived in Nigeria from his medical trip to Germany. His wife Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu announced this on Thursday via X with a photo of her husband on board an aircraft. “Homebound,” Mrs Akeredolu captioned the picture. The governor began his medical leave in June and it was extended following advice from his doctors and approval by the House of Assembly. The funeral of the founding pastor of Fountain of Life Church in Ilupeju, Lagos Taiwo Odukoya will begin on Friday, September 8 with a service of songs and night of tributes. Odukoya died on August 7 in the United States. He was aged 67. Venue for the service of songs and night of tributes will be the church. Police in Ekiti said on Thursday that they arrested 10 suspects in connection to the death of a student of the Federal University, Oye Ekiti, Modupe Atanda.
