The Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi, has charged Nigerians who are not happy with the downward spiral of the country, to strive to collect their permanent voters cards (PVC) as the distribution of the cards has commenced.

He stressed that the effort made by them to obtain their PVCs would strongly arm them with the electoral power to take back their country during the 2023 general election.

Obi made the call at this year’s prayer programme of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Renewal Movement, held at the international headquarters of the church, Ijesha, Lagos, with the theme “The King has decided to honour you” has come and gone but the blessings remain indelible in the heart of the congregation.

Obi urged Nigerians in the forth coming elections to be prepared to take back their country from unproductive politicians.  Obi’s visit to The Lord’s Chosen Revival Ministry caused stir among worshippers of the church.
Obi urged them not to vote along ethnic, religious line but to use their vote to take the country from subsisting misrule by Politicians.   The former governor of Anambra State regretted the economic pains Nigerians are going through.

He described bad leadership as a worse thing that could happen to anyone irrespective of ethnicity or religion.

He lamented that Nigeria is a great country but its leaders have made it an inhabitable place.
“We want a government that will be able to provide the people with a source of livelihood, where the sons and daughters of nobody can become somebody” he noted.

Speaking also during the program, the General overseer of the church Pastor Lazarus Muoka urged the people to continue to serve God, and he will honour all those who serves him faithfully.
