The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal ruled on Wednesday that the All Progressives Congress (APC) lacks the locus standi to challenge Peter Obi’s membership of the Labour Party (LP). Justices delivering judgments at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal on Wednesday shut down a counsel for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Charles Uwensuyi-Edosomwan for interruption.
