By Omocho Kalu The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has cautioned former Governor of Kano State and presidential candidate of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, and other platforms against linking them with the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi.
